Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Product significantly differs from description
Return Window
Customers may request returns within:
- 7 Days from delivery date for eligible products
Non-Returnable Products
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Perishable food products
- Opened grocery items
- Personal care products after opening
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
